Be Your Self and Hold on Preserving on


We've all felt as though the world was about to fall on us. We are a bit of a dark reality, caused by negative feelings. It could be disappointment, bad news, a difficult moment in a relationship, failure, you name it.

At the time we didn't really know the way out. We just know the need to get out, for our own sake (realization may come after a while). How do you put yourself together? What did you decide was important and would you stick with it? What would be the best frame of mind to have?

Whenever you want to get out of a situation that feels really bad, you just have to realize that the answer lies with you. Give yourself importance. Realize that no one else can make you better than you, right now, or forever.

You just need to get back to yourself and focus. Forget what caused you to be in a bad feeling situation and forget all your feelings. Focus on who you are and what you want to be – to achieve, to be, to have… If you have a clear goal, focus on it.

Concentrate on how it feels to achieve what you want. Feel good. Enjoy the good feeling. Use this energy as a force to move forward. Whenever you start to feel bad, go back to what made you feel good.

Know that there is nothing to be afraid of and you will never be alone, because there will always be someone at mealtime for you. Resolve to have a positive attitude no matter what.

Besides, no one or anything is bigger than you. You are perfectly capable of enjoying the good life within yourself, and you don't need anyone else to help you do that.

Have the courage to be yourself and do what you have to do to achieve what you want. The strength you need is only within yourself. Remind yourself of your goals. Do not ever give up.

Feel good about yourself and keep up!
